Great toy shop. Not many toy shops around these days, it seems. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is always plenty to look at even if you're just wanting to browse. Lots of large Lego sculptures to look at too. Everything from toddlers toys to stuff for older kids like science kits and larger models. Even musical instruments like ukuleles!
multiple times i have been accused of shoplifting despite being watched by the staff the whole time. not a shoplifter, just disabled and excited to look at toys and buy them when they have what I want. gepps cross staff are much nicer and patient with disabled shoppers
Thank you so much to the lovely, friendly, helpful, caring staff that assisted me over the phone & in store 2 days before Xmas I rang up in a mad panic trying to find a dolls pram for my 3 year old granddaughter & I ended up catching the ferry & coach back & forth from Kangaroo Island the same day to pick up the dolls pram which I’m sure my granddaughter will love…thank you again & hope you all have a wonderful Christmas ❤️❤️
Amazing toy store for hard to find an rare collectibles. Customer service is above an beyond AAAA+++ especially from Simon who went out his way to help me with my Barbie collection ( Fancy / Extra dolls are just ) too die for # 💞✨ magical ✨💞

My daughter got told off for playing with the toys, there could have been better ways to tell us, but it felt like we were being told off. Considering the time of year the store was completely empty, this is a true reflection of the culture in this store
Awful customer service. I went to the store this morning, and the staff was not kind or happy to help or answer questions—terrible experience. I just left without saying anything, but doubt I would be back to this store.
Tucked away in a corner of level 2 of the MYER centre building. It is deceiving bigger than it looks from the entrance. Upon entry you’ll find This store is fully stocked, you’ll find a variety of indoor and outdoor toys to keep the kids enjoying classic toys not the digital kind. There are lots of fidget toys and a good selection of dress ups pieces. You do need to know your prices as some toys/items are cheaper and some are overpriced compared to other department stores. The customer service is a hit and miss though.
Bad service ever. Old lady have really bad customer service. My girl push kid pram around the shop(it is sample one) and no one around. She came and said to my girl, "do you want to buy that one, if not put it back" seriously you work in kid store and you have that manner. It is horrible. I will never ever buy toys from this store again. Not recommend to anyone
